• Javelin Solutions will conduct an informational session with the Franchisor determining: concept strategy, performance criteria, target market, growth plans, client profile.
  
  
  
• Javelin Solutions will prepare an analysis of the performance of selected existing facilities against demographic and locational criteria.
  
  
  
• Javelin Solutions will work with the Franchisor to refine its current site selection methodology and implement the refined strategy going forward.
  
  
  
• Javelin Solutions will provide the Franchisor assistance in developing a Real Estate Process section of its Operations Manual.
