1. Javelin Solutions provides Franchisor a list of prioritized cities and markets based on real estate parameters.
   
   
2. Javelin Solutions provides local broker’s mandatory lease parameters to pre-negotiate with potential Landlords.
   
   
3. Javelin Solutions engages local brokers in the selected market(s) to provide a market survey and to assist with market data and local expertise. Javelin Solutions will educate local broker on mandatory occupancy requirements and lease terms. Local brokers shall be entitled to collect a market commission from the Landlord of the selected property.
   
   
4. Javelin Solutions will present to both the Franchisor and Franchisee a list of 1-7 suitable real estate alternatives within optimal demographic areas to be toured subsequent to the initial screening process.
   
   
5. Javelin Solutions will review previously identified lease terms to verify business terms and compliance with Franchisor’s requirements. Lease negotiation shall be the responsibility of the Franchisee or Franchisor’s legal counsel.
