Jason Nirvelli brings an impressive real estate and operations background to the Javelin Solutions team. Prior to joining Javelin Solutions in 2006, Mr. Nirvelli was a Regional Project Sales and Training Manager for a national real estate firm which is the largest property buyer and seller in the nation. Through negotiations to keep lease provisions reasonable, Mr. Nirvelli’s goal is to keep a franchisee’s real estate site performing as an asset, rather than a liability. Franchises fail for a variety of reasons. Eliminating poor real estate site selection as one of those reasons is Mr. Nirvelli’s mission.
